General Hotel Policy

  • You will be charged for your stay period at the time your reservation is made.
  • Cancellation policy is 30 days prior to your arrival date.
  • If you cancel or change your plans, please cancel your reservation in accordance with the hotel’s cancellation policies to avoid a no-show charge.
  • The room type and rate selected are non-refundable should your arrival be within the next 30 days. Should you change or cancel this reservation for any reason, your payment will not be refunded.
  • No refunds will be issued for late check-in or early check-out.
  • Stay extensions require a new reservation.
  • If a late check-in is planned contact the hotel directly at the number provided for the late check-in policy.
  • The price per room does not include any applicable hotel service fees, charges for incidentals, or regulatory surcharges. The lodging will assess these fees, charges, and surcharges upon check-out.
  • The hotel requires that you are at least 18 to check in.
  • Base rate is for 2 guests.
  • The fee for extra adults is $15.00 per person.
  • All rates are listed in US currency.
  • Total maximum number of guests per room/facility is available at the time of reservation.
  • This property considers guests aged 12 and under, at time of arrival, to be children.
  • Availability of accommodation in the same property for additional guests is not guaranteed.
